Summary
Rethinking how companies are able to give more informative interactions with their customers, through the use of human-centered design that incorporates touch, voice, gesture AR, and AI digital agents.
DESIGN APPROACH
Umajin saw the need for companies in the hospitality, medical and corporate industries to bring Kiosks and other interactive digital hardware into more locations to better their customer experience.
Being able to utilize progressive interactions such as Touch, Voice, and gesture AR allows for companies to overcome challenges such as quality customer contact points, customer needs, language barriers, and increasing dynamic) health and safety requirements.
Covid- 19 also brings new challenges to many different companies however, with the use of the voice and gesture AR within the Welcome Screen kiosks, positive customer interactions continue.
CONCLUSION
This Welcome Screen is able to be displayed in a variety of ways such as a kiosk, tablets, or other screens situated in the best location for the customer to engage with the kiosk.
A warm greeting is given by the AI digital agent, from there the use of voice, touch, and gesture alone allows the user to control the experience with the guided AI digital agent. The interactions are designed to be engaging and informative.
